OUR STORY

Fuller & Co. Construction was organized in 2007 as a commercial and residential general contracting company by Bobby Fuller with plans to begin building custom homes.  Prior to that, he had worked part time in the Residential Construction Industry beginning in 1995 with a compact back hoe and a pick-up truck. In 2001, he left a steady factory job and began to dedicate all his time to growing the business. The initial primary focus was on residential site clearing, grading, excavating footings and basements as well as on-site waste water and whatever miscellaneous work came available. After surviving the devastating down turn of the housing industry, the decision was made to transition the business focus more so towards Municipal Utilities. The company’s growth and success continues to be the result of dedicated hard work of an entire family, as well as by our most valued assets, our employees. We specialize in the construction of public water and sewer systems as well as storm water and horizontal cased bores and tunneling of all sizes.  Annual business volume has grown exponentially as we continue our steadfast commitment to, first-class workmanship, safety for all and lasting, credible human relationships. We have continued to grow our company even with the economic struggles since 2020. We currently employ eighty-five individuals across thirteen crews and the office.

OUR MISSION

At Fuller & Co. Construction, our purpose is to provide professional boring, tunneling, and utility installation services in a timely manner at a competitive price.

SAFETY PROGRAM

SAFETY IS A PRIORITY AT FULLER & CO CONSTRUCTION. WE REQUIRE OUR EMPLOYEES TO BE TRAINED IN ACCORDANCE TO OSHA STANDARDS. WE CONDUCT WEEKLY SAFETY MEETINGS ON A MULTITUDE OF TOPICS RELATED TO SAFE CONSTRUCTION PRACTICES. WE HAVE A FULL TIME SAFETY MANAGER ON STAFF.  OUR EMPLOYEES ARE TRAINED IN CONFINED SPACES IN CONSTRUCTION, COMPETENT PERSON IN TRENCHING AND EXCAVATION SAFETY, WORK ZONE FLAGGER AND INSTALLER, CPR AND BASIC FIRST AID AS WELL AS ANY OTHER PROJECT SPECIFIC TRAINING. 

BONDING

WE CURRENTLY HAVE AN AGGREGATED BONDED WORK PROGRAM. OUR CAPACITY IS 30 MILLION FOR A SINGLE PROJECT AND 75 MILLION AGGREGATE.

INSURANCE

WE ARE FULLY INSURED AND HOLD UNLIMITED UTILITY LICENSURE WITH NORTH AND SOUTH CAROLINA.
